The blue wire is to light up the switches when you turn the Nav lights on. You should see this same blue wire on your gauges.
Looks good Duff keep up the good work.

Got a bunch done! Dual bow ballast is plumbed and wired, all through hulls drilled and plumbed. Should finish most of the stereo, FAE etc.. today! Just waiting on a few fittings from wakemakers that I didn't calculate with and a few more feet of hose and the dual rear 1800+ sacs will be done and installed. Using these pumps has been challenging and awesome at the same time. Th 1.5" is a pain to deal with but hopefully 4-5 minute fill time will make me happy

clean. looks better than any factory set up. Nice Job D

What kind of bow sacs are those?

. WM sold me Nautique wedge sacs for my 24v and they dont fit that well. I knew that cause they told me but they really are cramped..totally

When you pulled the floor out, are there only the screws holding the rear of the floor panel down or are there more holding it down at the front of it near the driver's seat area?

Looks like there are only fasteners holding down the floor at the rear section...true?

Yep true. I have fly high side sacs up front. Not very big at 250 each or so. Will upload more pictures. So far everything works great!

Here are some more. Most of the stereo is in now plus we buffed it to a shine! She almost looks brand new.

nice and chiny'...charp' chort sir. Especially with the 'new' teak deck. Did you fix all the cracks?

I once saw a plain white TIGE that had just 'Tige' in big black cursive lettering along the sides. Nothing else..no tribal junk... Very cool

FAE will be going on this week. Just waiting on a few things, a pair of 10 inch wetsounds revolutions, custom sacs and a few more feet of hose and she will be done.

Wow...what a project you have taken on and done a great job on! Thank you for posting the pictures. It really helps me understand where things are and how things are done on.

1.5 inch ballast hose isn't for the faint of heart. Very tough to work with. I switch from goofy to regular 4-5 times a day and I hate having long waits for fill and drain. Also I get worried about storms etc.. and want my ballast out as soon as I can. Should be done this week.

Started FAE install today, I have installed 4 now, and this is the first quick disconnect so I actually need to read the instructions

                                Instructions are overrated.
