    Duffy's 2005 24v wakesurfing mod thread.

So first things first. I cut down my teak deck to hopefully not touch the wave. Also the deck was pretty beat- flimsy so it needed some good tlc and I cut off the soft pieces of wood. Here are the pictures. I basically tried to match the rz2 deck pictures I found on the web. I will continue to update this thread as I install my 1880 pound custom sacs and my 3800 gph pumps and my new wetsounds system. Stay tuned

I then took off all the decals. I don't like the tribal style, plus most were beat up. I may replace or just leave plain. My back yard is beat up. So no comments about that until the boat is done and then I will start that project

Got it on friday I have already pulled the stereo and most of the interior for a true detail.

Nice start! Are you sure on the shape of that platform? I think I would have gone with rounded edges.

I like the look. I built two out of cardboard and liked this on more. No turning back now

Nice work on the platform, duffy. Was that cross brace factory? It looks perfect for mounting an FAE.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

Little too late to be asking that.

I like it, for whatever that's worth to ya though.
                  Waiting for another good one!

Looks sick when on the boat. I will take pictures later with it installed.

Looking good. I have thought about cutting mine down also. For nothing else than having less fake teak to take care of.

I like that tower a lot. That was a stock tower on Centurions I believe.

In 05 anyone could buy the tower, centurion later got the exclusive rights to it. It looks sweet but is a little short and the manufacture is out of business.

Here is a picture of the rule 3800. I will use one to fill and one to drain each custom 1800 pound sac. They are 1.5 inch. So I am using 1.5 Y's that go down to 1-1/8 to the sac. Hopefully it doesn't bottle neck too bad!
