Yeah, aerators need 1- ways and these restrict flow the least. They are just large brass 1- way flapper type valves.

Cool. I had just never seen that type before. They look pretty heavy duty. I like that.

It's looking good dude. Big, simple, effective. I like that as well.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

All the rest seem to restrict flow a little, so I went with these.

Wow, thanks! It appears you have more room than I do between your engine components and your stringers.

Also, where is your triducer? Mine is directly to the starboard side of my transmission, basically right where you have your pump on that side. On the opposite side in roughly the same space is my engine raw water pickup. That positioning in my boat makes a whole bunch of space unavailable for pump installation.

I honestly don't know where my depth sounder is, I think it's just the perfect pass paddle wheel one which is back a little bit from my port pump.

That's what I meant by "triducer": Speedo wheel, depth sounder, and temperature sensor all in one.

Mine is sort of centered between the engine and stringer, which prevents me from installing anything of any size there. Plus, I don't want anything disrupting the flow over my speedo wheel. There are whole separate threads here regarding cruise control issues and I often wonder if some of those problems are related to turbulent flow over the wheel.

I just cut in my thruhulls last night and all of them are on the opposite side of the keel from the triducer for this exact reason.

I personally like them on the transom. That way if the pump has air lock, just put it in reverse for a few seconds and it's fixed

                    That's definitely a creative solution!

Good idea. I think Epic has them on the transom too. Bad thing is you can’t fill on the fly but with those big pumps it shouldn’t take long anyways.

My old centurion has them there and so does supreme on their new boat. Can't fill underway, but oh well

Here is the wiring harness. I did 10 awg to the battery and the rest is 12awg marine wire. All heat shrinked and cut and measured for the boat! Took like 4 hours to make! This is my third and I am doing dual bow ballast, and dual rear ballast. Total of 8 pumps! lol

Nice job on the wiring harness.

If you're going direct to the battery, I presume you're using inline fuse holders?

Yep inline fuse. The system also connects to the ignition for the internal lights.
