Rub rail was close to the water at the very back, we shall see with the 1800s!

I have the custom sac on my boat and it bent the aluminum u-channels from the pressure against it. The board is warped a little bit now on the port side.

Well fill time was around 4 minutes (only enzo sac, so 1500) So hopefully when I get the customs thursday I can test. I need to actually time, but it was freaking I checked to see how the sac was doing and it was full!

Wow, I would not have expected that. Sounds like we may need to go to stainless for adequate strength.

I got some aluminum and I will try it out. My custom sacs are built to fill the space well so hopefully they don't push as hard. I got U channel for everything and hoping it will work!

Same here - I have custom fat sacs being built right now that fill the space. I think the more "filled" the space, the more pressure will exist on the walls.

Thought experiment: A sac just big enough to touch the wall when full would exert only a bit of pressure. As the sac gets bigger and the area of contact increases, the pressure should increase too (in direct proportion). If you get to the point where the sac pretty much touches the entire wall, you'd have maximum pressure.

Based on that, I think both of us are going to need to reinforce our walls. {sigh} Just another detail. Glad I learned about it earlier rather than later!

I think the divider will be strong enough. Maybe buy some aluminum square tube for behind it and bolt it on?

In post #77 of the thread it looks like you took out the back seat of the cabin area, I assume for more working room. Was this hard to do?

Gosh no, super easy, 6 or so screws on the carpet in front, then 3-4 behind that, then 3 bolts from the back in the engine compartment to remove the back rest then 2 bolts and you are done! Gave me tons of working room

And... for the floor panel how many screws did you have to take out there?

Great job and super information for others
