What I'm seeing in this game is the fast undersized D is blowing by the big heavies of Bama. Seems to be a good recipe for success, as it's what WV did to OU last year, Boise did it to OU as well, USC seems to do it with undersized FAST guys, and OU did it in 2000.

I've always liked fast undersized D's. Anyone else?

You know when you taking about programs at these levels this shouldn't be an issue. I can see if you get a bunch of key players hurt, but not just 1. Somebody on the bench should be able to pick up the slack.
I know this SHOULD be the case, but it never has been. For instance when OU lost Sam Bradford against Tech last year on the first play of the game, It took the back up QB till the 4th quarter to start looking comfortable. It was to little, to late. On the O line and for positions like linebackers it can be tough trying to figure things out. I would say, if you lose a top QB, a superstar RB, or a top rated linebacker, your in trouble. Heck, even a safety is pretty hard to replace. Then think about a top Reciever... teams will often put that guy in double or triple coverage.... which opens up things for other players. The replacement doesn't ever get that kind of treatment. Allowing the safety to run around and wreak havok on others.

Basically Graham Harrell and Jevan Sneed looked like they switched places. Harrell kept throwing the ball high, or his recievers would slip and his throws would go right into Ole Misses arms. Ole Miss ran ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!!!

Now whats happening to the vaunted Bama defense? They are getting lit up by Utah right now! People have been calling for it, I honestly said no way in hell the upset will happen. I can't believe what I'm seeing. 21 to 0 so far?????????? Bama just didn't show up, b/c Utah's offense is not this good (no offense utah fans). Or maybe they were and TCU's defense really was that good.

Maybe that speaks good for OU Dom????

WOW... can anyone say Ole Miss...
If Texas was playing a decent team we may have been able to see a sweep of the GREAT Big-12 (right guys)...

We all know the OSU will choke...SC so far has been the only disappointing SEC team right now, even though Kent. vs E.Car right now is a good game.

Well, this TT game isn't going good for us Big 12'ers. I took Mississippi in this one, as I thought there QB pressure was gonna rattle Graham Harrell... but damn....not like this. Even though I'd lose money, I was hoping TT was gonna stomp em.

Hopefully I'll be putting my foot in my mouth after this post.

On a side note, the turf must be HORRIBLE... Tech's receivers have caused 3 turnovers and one TD b/c they've were laying on the ground when the pass came. San Diego and the Rose bowl both looked the same too.

    I agree with you Dog!!

but the other thing that pisses me off is why are cinn and VT playing? what where they ranked like 10 and 12? That's so gay!!

TT should have been playing in the orange bowl, not the cotten bowl!

    STUPID BCS IT SUCKS!

USC played well, but not good enough for NC consideration. Yes it was over at the half, but it was a lot closer in the second half.

I think if you lose to an unranked team, then you shouldn't be in contention.

It's pure stupidity is what it is. Apparently the QB told Gundy he wasn't coming out, and that he could play. But of course, a player is gonna say that. It's Gundy's responsibility to yank him. Especially after you could tell his accuracy suffered largely. The second stringer may suck, but you can't tell me he couldn't throw better than someone w/ a seperated shoulder.

Man that hurts just thinking about trying to throw with your arm like that.

Wow.... didn't know this! Apparently OSU's quarterback played the entire second half w/ a 2nd degree shoulder seperation in HIS THROWING ARM No wonder he sucked it up the second half. Kind of explains why the onslaught stopped.

The pac 10 can thank Mike Gundy and Zac Robinson for having to much pride, to the point of stupidity for their 5-0 record in bowl games!

TRD..... bass is omnidirectional.... so you shouldn't be able to tell where the bass is sound is coming from (in theory). So they can pretty much go anywhere in a car.

It sounds like your buddy had his staging set up correctly, b/c the sound you experienced is exactly how everything is supposed to be. Most people do not know this and just go for loud. Staging height is one of the most difficult items to get correctly. Even w/ lazer pointers and digital time alignment, it still can be difficult. I would spend a month messing w/ my kick panels trying to get everything perfect when I used to compete in Sound Q competitions. The funny thing is, your never exactly right, as people are different heights.

All that being said.... none of that really applies in a boat..... your in an open environment. I do have one spot on my boat though underneath the tower, dead center of the windshield that has the most amazing Sound Q ironically enough. I love putting on Slow Ride, and the staging, mid bass punch, guitar notes just all come together at that spot with that song.
