Sorry to disappoint you in this theory, but this will not happen. If Florida beats Alabama there is no way Florida will not be in the title game. Just a fact, but we may be playing OU.... I really think Alabama is a lot better then most people think, don't think they are as good as any of the 3 big 12 teams but then again I don't think any of the big 12 are as good as FLORIDA....

it's already been discussed three weeks ago. If OU/UT in the NC game then TT also gets a bid to the BCS

Get ready, cuz if OU crushes MO in the Big 12 championship game and FL beats Bama barely they are saying FL will not jump the TX lead and TX will gain more points due to their crying and it will be OU/UT. They have already said that #1 and #2 will play each other no matter what conference they are from. so get ready... it could happen.

Tanner, if OU is playing in the Big-12 Champ game I think if they win they should go to the NC game. I don't think if Texas is done and not the Big-12 Champs why should they go to the NC game. Doesn't seem right to me.

I shouldn't have said those aren't my beliefs above..... B/C I believe the BCS system can be good... just needs some changes. I like the +1 system. Or a 5 team playoff w/ the #1 team getting a direct pass to the final game!

To play devils advocate..... we certainly are talking about college football right now though. It's doing that much at least. Every game definately counts and that's their intention.

I really don't think the nation would be talking about it like it is if we had a playoff system.

To play devils advocate..... we certainly are talking about college football right now though. It's doing that much at least. Every game definately counts and that's their intention.

One thing to keep in mind is Tebow likes to run. I don't think many teams out there have QB's like him. I just want to get by bama and then we will see.

Oh trust me.... I think we're all VERY aware that Tebow run's. LOTS. So do colt McCoy of TX, Chase Daniel of MO, and OK states Zac Robinson. Those guys are all a bit more elusive, but Tebow is tougher to tackle and just a bit bigger and wayyy stronger than all of them. He bowls people over....lol. My point is though, both TX and OK have seen a highly mobile quarterback.


As far as games left....Yes we have a championship game like the SEC. OU plays MO for the big 12 Championship. Texas and Tech are done till bowl season. That's what all the hoopla is about. Since OU, Tech, and Texas are tied in the big 12 standings, each with a loss to each other, the final tie breaker is the BCS standings. Thus the big deal between TX and OU and who would be ranked higher this week.
