Here is an idea, just get rid of preseason games and do a playoff, no added games and we are all happy.

You haven't heard all the Big 12 talk all year?

Here's an idea, make the conferences that are "BCS eligible" the top six conferences with the best nonconference record of the previous season, including the bowl games, or even do it based on the current season's non-conference record. Using that method maybe Utah could have had a better chance of getting to the NC game. At the very least it would put more (added) importance of the non conference games. A down side could be that the conferences would start to schedule the MAC, Conference USA, etc for their non conference games. I think that something needs to be done to eliminate those conferences from the BCS where their conference champion has 3 or 4 losses and isn't ranked in the top 15.

If Notre Dame played the exact schedule the Utes played, they would be AP # 1. oh well it was a Great year, awesome home games, epic end to the season. I couldnt ask for anything else. (accept maybe AP #1) LOl

This is the reason we need a PLAYOFF or do a +1 or whatever. Something needs to be done. Right now 4 team have the same complaint. Gators, Utah, USC and Texas. Why not play 2 more games, what different would it make. I feel bad for Utah, they are the only undefeated team this year aren't they. They had a good year along we several other teams play really good at the end of the year. PLAYOFF......

Just like OU didn't play anyone but TX. But our offense wasn't even at half strength against TX.
