    let me say, that im a fan of using the longer (higher capacity) filter when one is available. I sought one out for the 5.3L Tahoe for its first oil change. A shorter filter is not necessarily the wrong filter.

        I see. I didn’t realize there were shorter and longer versions but both would work. Thanks for the info
