Master the Underboss tier for a 30 second reduction for each energy point. Master the Boss tier and that gives you 2 energy every cycle.

I am working on mastering the boss teir now (level 3)

but have a long way to go and lots of illegal transaction records and blackmail photos to procur.

Bummer. I've been working on the Consigliere, and in the 3rd level. I was hoping that was it. Do you have a list, or know where is list is for each level?

I have everything on the first page done, other then the Associate.

Street Thug - Pistol Bayonet - +4% Damage in fights
Associate - Bugatti - -7% damage received in fights
Soldier - Golden Skull – 30 second reduction in Health regen timer

Enforcer - Money Plate – 5% discount in property purchase price

Hitman - Chainsaw Bayonet – 30 second reduction in stamina regen timer

Capo - State Senator – 5% discount on property repairs

Consigliere - Helicopter – 30 second reduction in energy reduction timer

Underboss - Private Island - 5% bonus on job experience

Boss – (dont know... not there yet) 2 energy for each regen period

And there are apparently more levels coming!

I just finished up the Associate, so I have the full first page done. I am also on my third level of the Consigiere. Other then that, my 2nd page looks pretty bare.

After that, I may target the Boss level. It would be nice to have 2x energy for each refill.

Agreed... just so you know - you have to have all lower levels mastered fully (complete level 3) before you can even get Boss level 3 (after finishing boss level 2 jobs) to show up.

Also - Do not give away any concealable cameras. I did a dumb thing to get my giver achievement by giving them away - thought I had a boat load

and now I dont have nearly enough - they are a pre-req for blackmail photos which you need in 2 boss jobs. Oh the complexity!

I've got a long time to go before the boss level. Hopfully the faster energy will help, but won't be there for probably 2 weeks.

I think they throw a bit of "random" outcomes in there. I've been beat by people with 10% the size of my mafia, but killed people 2x the size of mine.

a couple weeks ago, MW asked me if I wanted to be a beta tester, so I said yes. I know have a link to fly to cuba, and have more jobs, loot, cars, guns, etc..... in Cuba. the down side is, all of my money is kept in NY, and I have to earn money in Cuba to use in Cuba.
