Ultimately, I would like to see one of the MWC teams be a BCS buster.

May not happen if it ends up being TCU because they are behind Boise State right now. Utah might have a chance if it wins out because they are still above Boise St. and would have a strength of schedule advantage.

Big game in the MWC between Utah and TCU this Thursday. The best thing that BYU could hope for is that Utah beats TCU and then BYU beats Utah. But, I have a feeling that TCU will beat Utah. Utah played terrible against New Mexico and TCU is playing tough. Ultimately, I would like to see one of the MWC teams be a BCS buster.

To answer Sparky - Boise State seems to have the same problem that BYU-Utah used to have (and may still have) in that they would be undefeated but play weak teams the majority of the time and only have one, or if they're lucky, two wins against a ranked team. It's tough for them to get respect.

Yea, but that win over Oklahomo 2 years ago was priceless......and should give them some respect for all the "crappy" teams they beat

I hate when that happens. That might end up happening to SC with this stupid Bush fiasco, but wth we still played and won those games on the field.

Yeah... I don't think it'll happen to you guys. If it hasn't happened yet... I don't think it will. You never really hear talk about it anymore. Every once in a while it comes up here on the talk radio shows when some whino calls in saying how come we got punished and they didn't. Usually everyone just tells them to shut up and move on... it was in the past.

Actually legally it doesn't count b/c we played w/ that quarterback I mentioned. So the NCAA took that win away. LOL

That win does not count because Oregon is in the Pac 10 and they don't count as a real team in a real confreance.....
