Well....I have contact Ryan at GSA for guidance I/We are at a loss at this point.
Spent the last 2 days on the water and the good news, BOAT RAN GREAT!
We went backwards with the wave quality over the weekend. I am starting to believe that this system is not ideal for this boat, with the new prop I we had roughly 4000lbs of ballast. The wave was flat, ugly, no push, and soft. There were instances where the wave "looks" like its okay but as soon as your get on a board there is NO PUSH and its slow.
We have run all the speeds from 10-15mph with 11.2 seeming to be where it "looks" okay but no push and soft. I know from experience this boat likes 12.4/12.6 to get the best wave. We ran 200lbs and 500lbs in the bow, on different setups with about 1700 in each corner in the rear. Typically anything in bow over 300lbs this boat did not like, though as we added bow weight it seemed to stiffen up the wave. I will post some pictures, but please keep in mind that pictures are deceiving, trust me! When you see it, you think okay looks good, ya Not so much unless you like watching boats drive away from you. Stand by for some photos.
I am not giving up on the system just yet, as I spoke with Ryan at GSA today and has assured me the boat WILL produce but he wants me run a few test for him. So back to square one! As long as I have a tsunami chasing me by Memorial Day I will keep working it. Otherwise its gel coat repair and back to the list.

I think you have too much weight up front. If the wave is flat and no push as you stated, then try no weight up front and add a little as you go. You need to try extreme variations to find the balance. The tabs push the bow down as is so more weight up front will flatten it out even more. Good luck. PS I went through the same testing two years ago so I get it.
