OK here's the deal...at this moment. Mine DID go through at 300. JEN confirmed that on the phone 30 seconds ago
I guess she went to her superiors right after our deal and they made the decision they WOULDN'T sell any more at the custom WA' signature price. Our intense interest no doubt caused that little 'shell game' of price$$
BUT I kinda got a little huffy with her...not alot...but enough to REMIND them that MORE of us would be calling to order that particular board AND that their website was getting all kinds of positive feedback. Her ears perked right up when she heard that. More $ in her pocket being the online girl
AND I was adamant it was in their best interest (being in direct competion with EVO, BoardCo., Overtons', ProBoard etc) to honor that June price
The last thing she said was> 'I'll see what I can do'. She seemed quite serious about that. We'll see what that means.....?
Maybe I got the last of the WA' signature boards! The limited edition sig' boards! Hey Now!!
I did have her laughing by the end of the conversation. Might still be a good deal happening
Damn I'm so charming some times hahaha

Oh, I should mention I bought it before it ever dropped to 300 back in late June.

I agree it is a great deal at $405. Whether they will honor that $300 price that we all saw on the website is another question. I do know the guys at the store were willing to honor that price when I was standing there in front of them, though I ended up choosing a different board because I already have the black Carbon Thruster.

I paid $435.52 for mine after all was said and done (actual credit amount charged shipped from WA to CA). Half the fins were lost in shipping and they graciously sent me out a full replacement pack even though I was only asking for the missing ones. I was expecting a "you bought a close out blem, you are SOL" but they sent me out the full set at no charge, so I was happy about that. I still think that's a pretty killer price for the board. You really don't find many boards in budget range that are decent. So far I like it better than my Triple X Slayer which was around that price when I bought it as a Demo.
I got a chance to ride it this weekend. Its a fun, fast board. I tried it as a quad with my FCS fins from my Triple X and WOW it was LOCKED down. I liked my Triple X as a quad but it was way to locked down with the big fins.
I then ran it as a twin with just the two big FCS Fins. I loved it. Good drive while pumping and broke free when I made my feeble 360 wipeouts...errr.... attempts. I want to try it with some other fin options that came with it (they are much shorter fins).
I am extremely happy adding this board to my collection at that price. At $700-800, you are getting into custom board territory and I would likely be looking at a Flyboy (still dying to demo one of these), Chaos, or Soulcraft at that price. It also seems a little more durable than the custom board I have.
As others said, this is my "crowded" lake board! If you fall you can wave this thing in the air.

Imagine spending 100 grand for a Halloween colored Z3?
What the hell was Parks on when he chose those colors???? Is he from Colorado?

The ladies name is JEN. Just tell her your from the TIGE OWNERS website. I made sure she knew more of us would be calling..like more than a few. She got all jazzed about that..
So just push that angle and I'm sure you'll get it for the good price
I asked her about "the guy who talked to you yesterday from the Tige Owners website." She said that one did NOT sell for $300. (In fact, she says she hasn't sold one in a couple of days.) According to her, it is $405, and they have all sold for $405. I said the guy who bought it yesterday will probably be very surprised when he gets the bill, and she responded with . . . it is $405. So, Moose, you will want to check your bill/credit card statement. Did you get an email confirmation?
Not that any of this really matters -- they can change their prices at any time and are under no obligation to honor a previously posted price (error or not). I suppose they don't even have to charge everyone the same amount. I would just like to think that they are being honest about it.

I figure they must have alot of these boards. Hell the retail price was right up there with most top of the line boards
It must have been a huge mistake for RONIX with all those blem' boards.

Didn't someone earlier on this thread say they got one for $300? Drop their name and let 'em try to deny it.

You will LOVE the board. Report back, I can't wait to hear how it works for you. Fair warning: You'll waste hours playing with fin options but it's a great way to waste it!
