has anyone added any extra weight via lead or ballast bags to the rear surf side on a 2023 24rzx? Does it make a big difference in the wave? I have an 800lb fatsac that i am going to test.

I haven't played with lead on a 24' but just from having people in the boat I would recommend a minimum 300lbs in the bow especially if you're planning on adding more to the rear. This will mellow out the face and give you a bit more length. -

I just got a 25 22RXZ and I have 600# added to
mine with a crew of 5 …. I put 300# in the front center (in front of batteries ) and 100# on each side of that . That brought the nose down about 3* (-3deg roll/16* pitch ) wave still isn’t very clean tho but I did help clean it up and make it longer , think I need to increase speed now (11.2 going up to 11.6) And add 200# to the front and should be betterComment
