RZX2 with Raptor 400 Won't Turn Over

Hey all,
I have a 2018 RZX2 with the Raptor 400 with an intermittent issue. Some days the boat will run fine with no issues. Other days the boat will die then not turn over at all. All accessories work, it's not a battery issue, but when I turn the key, the boat does not crank at all. Some days it will start up again after an hour or 2, some it won't start at all. This past weekend I was stranded on the lake, got towed to dock and put boat on trailer, still wouldn't start. Then when I get home an hour later, it fires right up. I've checked for loose wires, fuses, etc. but all is in order. Wondering if it might be something with the Livorsi throttle and neutral safety switch. Any ideas or experience with this?

The no crank is a symptom of a bad Livorsi throttle. You also mentioned that it will die. That does not sound like the common Livorsi throttle problem. If your 2018 Raptor is like my 2015, there is a fuse/relay box at the back of the engine above the transmission. The stater relay is located there. You can jump the relay and see if it cranks. I was able to do this with my boat to get me through the summer and then sent my throttle to Livorsi for repair in the off season.

My 2014 Z3 is having a throttle issue. Seems like it is no longer engaging in neutral, so it will not turn crank. I have pulled the handle apart and can see that the hole where the plunger inserts to lock into neutral has worn down. What I can’t seem to do it remove the front cover to remove the throttle. I have removed the set screw and the 4 nuts off the bolts from the back side of the panel, but the throttle assembly will not budge. Any thoughts on that? I have already disconnected the throttle cable, the kill switch, and the TAPS line. Anyone have any ideas or solutions?
