How to MP distributor cap and rotor?

    It’s really easy to get to the cap and rotor but you do have to take a couple things off to get them out of the way.

    unscrew the ECM with the 3 silver hex bolts. Then remove the metal bracket that it sits on but taking off the 3 nuts that holds it on. (ECM blocks one of these so that’s why you need to pull it off).

    once that bracket is off you should be looking right at the cap

      Sweet, thanks Majr. That was just the tip I needed. Got the cap, rotor, and wires all replaced today. Cap was so corroded I'm surprised it ran as well as it did.

          Hopefully you ordered "Marine style" wires as Automotive will be too short.
