Well good news and bad news the good news is I have the pump and tubing in and hooked up and the pump works the bad news is the plate doesn't move evenly and it'll only go about half way down I'm hoping it gets better over time and hoping part of it is the motor not running when I was trying to move it the motor would just stop at a certain point like it ran out of juice so I'm not sure what was going on there

Yea that was my thought too because it started moving as soon as I hit the button didn't seam like it had time to get air out I'm hoping over time it gets better but I finished it around 10 so didn't feel like messing with it anymore and had to put it up!Originally posted by Ruger761 View Postwonder if it has a lot of air in the lines? I believe they self bleed. I would guess if your ram was fully extended and full of air you would struggle though.
You could run the pump and give it a gentle push then a few cycles to purge the air.
Does the plate move freely with the actuator detached?
Could just be that the actuator is seizing up and needs a rebuild or replacement.
