1995 2002 FSLM resurection

I took it for a spin today. If you let go of the wheel it takes off to the right. Is that normal? All I replaced was the cable the old one must have rusted up. This is my helm. The bottom piece broke it had the spring for the tilt and I may have it upside down but the position worked better. I guess I should just upgrade the helm.

You have it mounted upside down. The adjustment lever points down.

Panel looks great! Where did you get it? I made a drawing for the old digital switches to go to mechanical. Maybe I could send it to them to use and as customers need them I can forward them to them.
