Wakeswitches Screen Solutions has been working on these Medallion Touch Screens in Malibu boats since '22, and we've now launched our services for Tige. Check out our post here.

I always forget to update this. I've never been happy with my MTC screen. The touch feature rarely works correctly which makes changing items on the screen a chore. I installed over a winter and it didn't work correctly from the start. I was told by MTC that the screen needs to be in the sun for a bit, which was hard to do when it's below freezing. During the next summer, after letting it sit in the sun for weeks, the screen wasn't any better. It's over the 1year warranty point so I'm not sure there's much I can do at this point. I would have been better off with the old screen with the bubble in it. Now that I think about it, maybe I'll swap the old one back after re-checking the connectors one more time. I've already disassembled and re-assemble the MTC screen once.

BTW, I am an electrical engineer, so I know I was careful when I was pulling the old electronics off the old screen and I know I did did not damage any connectors during install. I wore a ground strap and everything, so no concerns for ESD damage.
