Do the jobs again..

I can't. I've done all of the jobs that give you the liquor, but that page still requires more liquor to finish, before I can move up to the next level. Same with the phone.

You need to do the jobs again (and again). Even if the status bar shows that you have maximized the level, you can still do the job and get the rewards.

also, how do I get more wiretaps or liquor? I've gotten as much as possible from the bottom of Enforcer page, but can't finish the Enforcer level until I have more of both.

Anything electronic u get from robbing the electronic store. Just cuz it's mastered doesn't mean u can't do it again
