So I have already made plans with her and then she backs out... Then if I get friends involved, she gets pissed off at me that I wasn't including her..... It's a no win situation IMO.....

We usually do a trip every monday night during the summer as a family activity.
The Friday and Saturday we either take kids friends with us or leave the kids at home and go out with friends.
