There's a buckle sewed on the cover and both ends of the strap. You buckle one end of the strap around the top tube of the tower and the other end connects to the buckle on the cover. It is adjustable so you can adjust the tautness. Pretty much like the link ET posted up

Do u guys just wipe down the upholstery, and the sides of the hull?

Everything gets wiped down and cleaned at the end of the day. I got in on the Performance Boat Candy group buy last summer, that stuff works great
