Mine is water tight except for around the towers. It also has a ratchet system which tightens down under the rub rail. The nice feature is it has a strap the attaches to the top of the tower and keeps the cover taut enough that rain will run off the cover and not pool on it.

Might be trading my mower for a welder. Figure it would be a good thing to learn how to do.

I like to wrap towels around the tower legs, helps a bit.

I've got the same cover minus the strap for the rain. I need to make something like that
