They are fairly simple. The controller is the part I would want to pull a WAB on, and design my own.

I just put iOS6 on my iPhone4 and it works pretty well, there are also lots of settings in the enable restriction section on the settings of the phone so you can restrict him from certain sites or apps.

I did order the iPhone5 since the speaker for the ear on the front of the phone is not working very well, it got very quiet. From everything I've read it's a worthwhile upgrade from an iPhone4 to get the 4G speed and Siri, which should be better since the new phone is 4G LTE.
