Costco battery for my house battery. Not the cheapest, but I was in a hurry when I found I needed a new one. Been working fine.

12.3 is about 75% discharged. Now, if a charge has been attempted and the best you could get was 12.3 static voltage, then yes, its time to think about a new one. Testing with an inductance tester would probably confirm this.

Maybe without an isolator 12.6 is normal.
