      Haven't really noticed a difference with time, I'll keep an eye out for it.

      Happened once where I thought it turned over but either it never did or it died right after I cut the ignition.

        That's what I'm worried about. My check engine light is on and has been. Last time I had it read it was an Evap code. Replaced the gas cap (which was a POS) but it hasn't gone away since.

          True, but a restricted filter is more noticeable under load as the volume needed to maintain rpm is down. Start up and idle are not too affected.

            A P0440 EVAP leak is a hard code, so it needs to be cleared as it will not reset itself.

                Do you have a code reader? I can't recall what car you have but I had a I think late '80's blazer 10 and bought a code reader to fix it that was pretty cheap.

                  I'm due for an oil change and may just do it myself. If I do I'll have the code read at Autozone and drive across the street to Oreily's for parts and oil. Bwahaha!
