Within your budget an extremely nice shape . Has a terrific surf wave as you can see in pic and even a great slalom wave! RZR with Taps 3 is a ton of fun, even stock! I primarily surf behind our RZX3, but our friends just snagged a 2017 RZR and we are all really loving it. Ballast fills in 1/3 of the time as our RZX3 and the wave is phenomenal, all things considered. Nimble, less to wipe down, and just plain fun. I'd vouch for it being the most capable 20'er.
