No i have not retorqued the tower bolts, never thought of it but i just tried and everything is very TIGHT. I know the 20V is still made very well, just seems like many times the lower end products are not built quite as well with less engineering into them, kinda like the sportster, not much to them but harley would go under if they quit making them
