          I think you can get the boards for cheaper, say around 80 if you look.

                I use one of these.

                I can get terrible patellar tendionious and the physical therapy place had one so I picked up one for myself. Does wonders for your tendons and balance. Plus my kids love to get on it. You can put in the wood plugs to make it easier so the kids can do it.

                  looks like a couple of peices of wood...i think ill make one for wood shop!

                    The top and the rocker on the bottom but the middle piece is rubber that will rotate and twist. So you have the side to side, front to back, and the third plain that you rotate

                      You can make some very simple rocker boards in woodshop that work well. We use them in our weightroom with our football team. We have many 2x3 piece of plywood with a 2x2 on the bottom. You stack one on top of the other you have a great side to side and front to back balance board for less than $10.

                                Here are some pics of the Extreme Board so you can see what I am talking about. The Red I beam is a harder rubber and it moves. The red holes on the side stop it from going to far and with the wood out it is harder.
