You know you are more than welcome to ride with us!
Maybe we can all coordinate and get a caravan heading from Boise down...

Well thanks for that guys. Ive been teetering on the edge of committing. My brother's wedding is right before the reunion in Chelan WA so been debating it back and forth. Lot of diesel and dragging the camper around in a short time with not so much work . Figured the camp spots are never in high demand and I travel with generator so had a bit of time to commit/mull it over/save
Really want to come check it out tho after seeing the pics/vids after yall come back since I've been here on the forum.

I am super close to pulling the trigger on a boat right now but it doesnt beling at the reunion. If I pull the trigger I will put up a thread as theres no need to derail this one.

Thanks again for the reassurance that I wouldnt be "that guy"!!

you know you don't have to even ask to be on our boat here. always welcome.

I'll ask her what she thinks however I think she is planning on staying all week. I have a guy I store my boat with currently that has a secured acre fully paved and has room to put up another boat for a few days between her coming and going.
more once I talk to her this weekend.
would a '05 f150 triton 4x4 tow what you would want brought down? she's used to towing a lightweight 18ft tooner to turners and occasionally spring shores. and don't say the infamous z3

Well since theres plenty of rides being offered up sounds like I dont need to bring a boat lol. If I were to, it would hopefully be an r23, or an r21. Not sure about the shop boat situation for the summer. Who knows we may get downgraded back into the the ol wrapped z3. Last couple years theyve sold the shopboat mid summer because sales is low on inventory, so after that its who knows what out of used inventory

X24 may be leaving. We have 2 xstars tho and I have a running bet that the one that got red and black interior has a birthday! Im hoping to get a pull in behind one at some point and see what the hype is about. So far Im not drinking the MC koolade.

Our shirt vendor has quoted us $3.00 more for the long sleeve shirts. We have decided to purchase short sleeve shirts again this year and provide an additional option of a sweat shirt. The logo for this years event will be released soon.

I think my crew is going to just try dry camping this year....should be interesting and hot but we can probably make it work.

Dave - can you confirm whether not I am on the motel waiting list (I can't remember if I was or wasn't) & if so, what spot I am in line?

Also Dave, T-Shirt and Sweatshirt here:

No sir, we never placed you on the waiting list (we never received a request). I can add you now if you'd like. There are currently 7 people on the list, so you would be 8. As far as the T-Shirt and Sweatshirt, we aren't taking orders yet. Our designer is working on the logo though, so we should have something soon. We will let everyone know when we are taking orders and what the prices will be.

I stand corrected! kjohnson was able to provide proof of an earlier communication. I screwed up, and accept full responsibility for it. My apologies to kjohnson. I am working with him to correct this error.

                                Monthly Update

Here is the May update as promised. I will be providing monthly updates from now until the Reunion just to keep everyone as informed as possible. The posting will increase of course as we get much closer.

                                Lodging
Temple Bar Hotel; Sold Out. The waiting list is 8 with Eric & Christina Nesmith next on the list.
Temple Bar RV Full Hook Ups; 2 booked, 8 spots remain open.
Temple Bar Camping spots; Many available, including spots large enough for an RV (NO hook ups).

                                * Temple Bar Resort has worked hard on finding us alternatives for those on the waiting list. If you are one of the 8 families on the waiting list and you’re not interested in staying at the Hoover Dam Lodge, they shared the following website; www.rvshare.com. Once on the site, enter Temple Bar Marina, AZ, USA in the search bar. Click “Search”. You can then filter the search to your dates and other needs. Of important note; look for the “Additional Filters” section on the bottom left. There is an “Offers Delivery” option.

The Hoover Dam Lodge https://hooverdamlodge.com/, located approximately 45 minutes away, has rooms available. Currently they are priced at $109.95 a night. However, if they can get enough interest for 10 or more rooms, it would be a "significant discount". If someone is interested in leading that effort, please feel free!

                                Event Shirts and Sweatshirts
Our designer is working on the logo for this year’s event and should have it complete in the next few weeks (we buy her dinner every year as compensation, so we can’t rush her ). Once we have the logo we will share it with the shirt vendor and everyone on here. We should have the prices and details of the shirts and sweatshirts soon after. We will start taking orders at that time.

                                Lastly, a sponsor update
We are off to a GREAT start with the following commitments; ACME Propellers, Boat Bling, Buster Wrench, Commercial Sewing, Fresh Air Exhausts, Germaine Marine, Idol Wakesurf, Lakewakes, Liquid Lumens, My Anchor Pal, PTM Edge Mirrors, Seadek, Slingshot, TIGE, Orion Safety, BABz, Impact Fenders, Lead Wake, Wake Outfitters, Wet Sounds, and Zombie Surfboards. We also have a commitment from an up and coming Wake Surf Company - more information to follow later! Please “like” our posts on Facebook and Instagram as this shows support for the donating organizations.

                                Sincerely,
                                Dave and Pam
