As do mine. Actually its my wife that really loves the playpen. She prefers to sit up front and having had both styles of boat, she prefers the playpen. I don't really care one way or the other. In our boat the two side bow cushions are a bit of a pain to open up. But they are huge. We store items we seldom need to get at. Tubes for example. The very front cushion I think is supposed to be an anchor locker. That is what we use it for. The thing about these three lockers is they aren't at all water resistant and you can guarantee to get LOTS of water over the bow in anything more than glass water. So no sleeping bags in those lockers.Originally posted by dakota4ce View PostOur kids hang up front while underway but wander everywhere while slow. Especially when food is out.

If it makes you feel any better it’s actually stealOriginally posted by UNSTUCK View PostSorry. I’m an anti-leadite.
I’m having a hard enough time keeping water out of the bow as it is. You guys must all have perminent glass water.
We get a bit of spray but certainly not a lot. Only time it gets that wet is when a noob forgets how to drive.

We get wet in the 2018 a lot too. She’s not a super dry boat.Originally posted by UNSTUCK View PostSorry. I’m an anti-leadite.

I know it's steel. It was more a Seinfeld play on words. Anyone pick up on that one?Originally posted by bsreid View PostIf it makes you feel any better it’s actually steal

Well we can keep it dry during normal surf maneuvers. The real issue is spray from chop, at any speed, any ballast setting. It's better when going with the wind, but at some point you have to turn around. Then everyone gets wet.
The very low seat height and great visibility of the low bow makes it worth it to me.Originally posted by dakota4ce View PostWe get wet in the 2018 a lot too. She’s not a super dry boat.
