      Few More Updates

      1. Event Logo- Still working this out...more to follow

      2. Shirts- To answer previous questions. Material-Same as the last 3 years. Color-Dark/Smoke Grey w/ Tige Orange/Neon Lettering. Sizes-Mens, Womens, Kids

      3. Competitions- Ok so I have been kicking this idea around for a while now and spoke with DP last weekend. Here is layout:
      Competition "Rules":
      A. Judges will be contacted and asked to keep their role as a judge silent. (if they wish to participate, its all for fun)
      B. Judging will begin at the start of the event and will last until the event dinner on Saturday Evening when the winners will be recognized.
      C. This is all for fun, and small prizes will be given to each winner as consolation for winning.
      D. There will be no notification if you are being judged, if a silent judge walks by and you are best or worst for a specific award you could be a winner!
      E. All prizes are TBD at this time and dependent on sponsors. However Prizes are likely to be in good spirit with the name of the award see (I.E for prize examples)
      Awards (subject to change):
      A. Sound Wave-Best/Worst Stereo (I.E. Speaker Covers/other like items)
      B. Water Spot-Dirtiest/Cleanest Boat (I.E Boat Cleaning Products)
      C. Ghost Award-The one who is at the event.....but you cant ever find them (I.E VHF Radio/flare gun/whistle)
      D. Flag Boy- The Person who never gets out of their boat (I.E Life Jacket)
      E. Dock Star- The best/worst Slip parking. (I.E. buoys/dock lines)

      4. General Event Timeline- Still way to soon to post this but I am dusting off the one for last year and will have something out in the coming months.

      5. Room Cancellations- PLEASE if you have a room or multiple rooms and need to cancel, PLEASE let myself of DP Powell know so that we can ensure those on the Event Waiting list can grab the room.

Keep checking the Facebook/Instagram Page we still have sponsors trickling in.

Outer Armor/Commercial Sewing just confirmed again as a sponsor this year

Thanks for your feedback. We receive many recommendations on the event (location, time of the year, dinner, raffle prizes, etc), and take all of them into consideration. With that said, the timing of this years event (and previous years) seems to work the best as there are many other events taking place around the same time. We are trying to avoid potential scheduling conflicts with sponsors (i.e. http://www.surfexpo.com/ and the Nautique Reunion in Parker, AZ) and the sponsoring Dealer (http://www.germainemarine.com/) while still getting warm, glass like conditions at Temple Bar. It's a juggling act all the way around, but so far it seems to be working. We have once again sold out the Inn at Temple Bar and have people bringing in their RVs and Tents. Who knows though, maybe the stars and calendar will align just right for you next year.

You guys should also be sharing this info on the Tigeowners facebook page. Lots of owners there that are not in a position to attend the event, but still spreading the word of tige.

Also, seems to me that the events longest running sponsor is missing. Does he need to send a formal notice of intent

We didnt want to take over the TO page, so we have just been sharing it on the https://m.facebook.com/WestCoastOwners/ page instead. I will mention it on the TO Facebook page though. Also the events longest running sponsor (and biggest supporter!) is missing. I will take full responsibility for that error and correct it now sir! On a different note, I sure hope that guys "Marketing Director" still plans on ordering some of those shirts the owner wore to the event last year!

We should see the fruits of this inflow right around the time of the reunion. At least it might clean up the launch a little.

I am with Boone on this one, just let me launch from concrete and not have to dodge sand bars trying to leave the marina this year.

Sorry for the very late reply... Maybe this year? We have room on our boat, and you can hop between boats if you'd like. The few out of state folks who attend regularly end up riding in at least 3 or 4 boats for the weekend.

I am a little behind on the updates for the event:

Needless to say we have all been busy making phones ring across the country trying to tie up some more sponsors. Things are shaping up to be BIGGER than last year as far as sponsors go, as of today we are just shy of 30 confirmed sponsors and many from companies we are all VERY familiar with. While we don't want to jinx anything and release any formal list at the moment, I think its safe to say that this year we are looking at potentially the largest raffle to date. But a few teaser companies for ya as I wont dangle the carrot and not give you all something to look forward to:

                            GERMAINE MARINE
                            MIKES LIQUID AUDIO
                            COMMERCIAL SEWING
                            O'BRIEN
                            WEBER MARINE SERVICES
                            SKYSKI
                            FRESH AIR EXHAUSTS
                            and many MORE!!

These are just a few of the awesome sponsors and companies/people that have chosen to support the event!

The Season I think has been officially here for a few weeks now and I am seeing more and more boats on the water and the water temps are climbing across the country. Enjoy your summer hope to see you all on the water before the reunion and we will continue to push forward with updates. sponsors. and information.

Great update Brad! Looking forward to seeing everyone and it will be here before we know it! Appreciate all the hard work you and Dave are doing behind the scenes... I am eager to start the order forms for the koozies/water bottles... I want to make sure everyone gets a chance to take home a souvenir they will relish until the following Tigé Owner's Reunion. I know I have with mine and continue to get compliments as they are a nice eye candy for fellow beer connoisseurs!
