Just FYI Bad05, plan for 5 more at BWW on Thursday night. Our group will be headed up there for food and re-stock on supplies. Right now the shirt price is going to be a little higher as I am trying to cover the cost of some "thank you shirts" for Emily, Tige, Germaine.....that sort of thing. I will discuss with everyone individually if needed or cover the cost myself as done in past years.
Dinner will be less $$ thanks to Tige!! Details are still in the works but they have committed to chip in a share of the overall cost as part of their sponsorship! We will have a jar at the serving table but expect it to be more like $5 a head.....
Seating and even some portable tables will be needed so bring what you have and we will make it all work. Same for some area lights!
Agenda will be to have fun, the entire time you are there! Realistically, we will have the demo boats Fri and Sat. Emily will be there all day Sat and we will hopefully have some demo surf boards for everyone to try out. I think we can plan for a group lake photo around 2pm on Sat just outside of the Marina, hopefully via a drone, to allow everyone time to have lunch (meal eaten around 12PM) on there own Sat and then get back out on the water. Dinner (meal eaten around 6pm) will be around 5:30-6 per the Pit Master! We will also do some group land photos at that time.
As for the Thurs meet up at Buffalo Wild Wings, we need to get a quick plan together. It's Thurs night football with a 5:25 kickoff and they won't take a reservation. Is anyone willing to get a table for 14 around 4:30-5 to hopefully ensure a group table? If not we may be scattered around the restaurant. Thoughts? If no I'll be there around 5:30-6 with Bill from SD!Comment
