I don't mind having them printed locally and I'm sure the wife will help with design. Getting the color, style and quantities is another story! Bueller?
I wanted to apologize for not getting more involved these last two reunions. I have benefited from attending and want to give back. I have had my share of incidents during the reunions and am hoping this year will be smooth sailing. I would like to contribute some $$$ for food boatwakes send me a PM so I can help

I'm still out here. I could possibly organize the Tshirts. IIRC, last year the dealer did not contribute to the shirts and it was $20 for long sleeve shirts made from quick dry/sporty type material. Regular cotton could probably be had for quite a bit less. This is not a commitment....just thinking a little bit out loud. I have a hydrofoil reunion 2 weeks later, so I need to see if I can get the family to come.
Awesome! Glad we are sticking to Mead... I will be rooming with Brad and Jen (TheGerman619) as usual... possibly have a GF or couple bromigos coming too.. but me for sure.
I liked the shirts that Talltigeguy made last time and wear it about once a week... I will be reaching out to ESS again for some sunglasses and we have a Rockstar rep that comes through my office so maybe I can see if they would be willing to contribute if nobody has gotten them already?
Bad05, I know you have held the sponsorship key for a while.. are you hands off this year with exception of designing the t-shirt? I am a busy guy this summer but have no problem sending a few emails and what have you to try and get some more "SWAG" for the event...
DavePowell- Can you shoot me a PM on what you have going/started? Or just get me up to speed.. I have been so busy planning other trips that I haven't even been on TO in a while.
Looking forward to seeing everyone and meeting a few new faces in the process!
h20sk8er00 and Thegerman618, I will have something to you tomorrow. Thegerman618, I received the email, need to pull all the lists together... hopefully have that to you tomorrow as well.
If you havent booked your room yet, you may want to get on it ASAP - because that's all they have left!
In an effort to help Bad05 with the shirts, please start posting how many shirts you would be interested in purchasing and what size(usually $10 - $20). We need to make sure there's enough interest before he does all the leg work to make it happen. Also, I would prefer something similar to last years, but perhaps in a different color? Blue or Tige Orange maybe?
Sweet! Just got back from camping at crystal cove to find this!!! If everyone's okay with it for Saturday night, I'll bring the outdoor kitchen facilities and smoker and make sliced beef brisket, homemade coleslaw and pulled pork sandwiches on Hawaiian rolls for dinner. As an option I will also have salmon burgers and will be sharing some fresh bluefin tuna I will be catching the day before we come out. Loki, seared ahi and sashimi will all be available. I'll get a head count immediately prior to heading out. Bring your own drinks and boats. Sorry if you're gluten free, I don't know how to do that but will try if you ask. Booking dot yeah!
Any way we can get you to divvy up some of this? Either food, sides, fixins, etc? I cant bring anything to cook with or a prepared dish, but I can cook and or bring supplies like plates, etc. We have a kitchenette room, fridge and stove if needed?

Thanks for the offer guys, might need some fridge space. I figure I'd just put a jar at the table for $5-$10 all you can eat, kids no cost unless they ate like I did growing up. The meat will be smoking all day long so I won't hit the grill until about 5:30 to hit up the brats and patties. Food costs shouldn't be excessive and I love to grill so let's see what happens.
Menu
- Gluten
- pecan smoked pulled pork in sweet or spicy
- smoked salmon patties (they're actually really good)
- johnsonville brats
- potato salad
- cole slaw
- Hawaiian rolls for the pulled pork
- French rolls for the brats (or pork too)
- burger buns for the patties
- condiments: ketchup, BBQ sauce, mayo and mustard
I'll grab the plates and stuff from Costco, maybe some antacid too...
I'm fired up.
