Update:

Now that I've cleared out my inbox, thanks Jim, I can receive messages again. Please post on the thread or PM me if you are planning on staying overnight and if it's in the hotel or a cabin. We are finalizing some details and making sure all reservations are correct. I also need the most accurate head count to date from everyone for the food order. Tige and Offshore are providing dinner Sat night, but the Marina needs to be fairly accurate on food since they don't want to have a ton of extras on hand that will spoil since late Sept is a slow time for them. If you have friends that are attending, just let me know. Currently I have the following TO Members and guests confirmed:

We are staying Thursday Night - Sunday morning at the marina hotel. Our Friends will be there Fri-Sun I think in the marina hotel.

My Family - 4 adults, 2 young kids, and a baby

Update regarding room availability......there is now one Cabin and one Lake View Double available if anyone is interested. I'm keeping them in my name so no one outside of the event can grab them but need to confirm in the next few days or they will want me to pay for them. PM if interested.
