I have a friend that wants to attempt to wakesurf behind my boat. He has two 500# fac sacs. Where would you put these sacs, what amount of weight per sac, and why?

You could put them in the back locker, but I think you'll find that your wake will be very steep and have a tendency to fall over. I'd put one in the back locker and one under the seat on that same side. You will need more than 1000 lbs, so I'd get a few people on that side as well.
For example, I typically run with 850 lbs on one side plus another 200-300 at least in people weight. My boat's smaller and less bouyant than yours.

Thanks Dog. We tried that setup 6 months ago but didn't have enough people as you suggested. I am sure this time we will have enough people because we are all going camping (40+ people will be camping and no, I don't plan to put all of them in the boat but I think I might be able to get them into the boat) and I can distribute them to the bow of the boat.
The problem back then was that the platform was causing havoc with the wake. We adjusted the TAPS to 4 or 5 and it cleaned the wake up a little bit.Comment
