surfdad, me dont know where u get ur knowlege but jerry prices shreddstixx are made in china....i would know because i loaned him the money up front to get them, so as to secure a good price for my shop....anyways when it came time to get them we never heard from him again...now u call my shapes hype..EVERY part of my board is superior to jerrys china stixx...greenfoam,sglass,rainbowfins,fcs,dakinetra ction,made in the usa...now what cha got ta say hater..jerry stuff cost him around$168us a board deliverd to his door..go ahead and drop $585 for something that is not custom, follower....i think that if u cant find anything to appreciate in my info then it is u who truely has the problem.

dan n christy, the black fat boy is 2 5/8" thick in the center but has downturned 60/40 rails to hard edges from the fin back...makin it sooo easy to keep up with the boat.. my 265lb test rider luvs it..the cheap skate was custom for tyler and his carver wake so we cut it down to 4'6" x 2 9/16"thick hard 80/20 downturned rails with razor sharp edges from the y back,also with deep single to double concave all the way out..please feel free to bend my ear about why and all that stuff..thanks for the positve reply

Billy, I have no idea what you're talking about. I made no comparison between your boards and Jerry's - in fact the intention of my post was to indicate that the wide tail has been used successfully in other boards.

Your assertion that I am a follower is not only uninformed but patently inaccurate. All of my son, James', boards are custom made by Mike at the Walker Project. I have to laugh at the pink door - I would hope that wasn't following anyone Also, my commissioning of the 8'6" Con Ugly noserider is anything but following.

Jerry doesn't hide the fact that he, like Inland Surfer, has the mass produced boards manufactured overseas. However, this noserider was hand shaped by Vernor in Watsonville. I personally picked it up at his shop. You'll notice the Stixx Logo. Your generalizations are inaccurate and nothing more than inflammatory and for the most part, unsubstantiated.

I called Jerry and did mention you making a claim that you loaned him money and he says that is totally false. Did you have Jerry sign a promissory note? That would be what any prudent lender would do, so I'm sure you can enforce collection.

hey thread jackers! j/k man i haven't been on in a long time. we've been using the hell out of the board though. my dad has really gotten the hang of it now. its fun to watch him progress especially since he's 53. on another note... hey asc i was trying find you guys a while back long before you posted on here. your old site said it was being updated yada yada so its good to finally see you got it all up and running now. i wanted to bum some sex wax off you guys but didn't know where to find you. needless to say we got some on a mini vacation to port a but i'd love to check out some of your stuff. do you make both wakesurf and surf boards? oh and good pics surfdad you need to give me and my dad some tips haha.

have you ever shaped a blackball beater or fish board? those two in your previous post are short and wide thats why i ask. i was thinking an old school looking fish or something would be crazy fun down in corpus or port a. those things are supposed to rip on little waves.

for sure typeriter...hit me up...gotcha covered...me being a slightly over weight big guy, know all too well bout displacement of weight in small beach break surf..i'm sportin a 5'8" x 21" x 2/34"thick bat swallow fish in the gulf when the bouys are 4 to 6 foot or better...on a 6'4" x 21 1/2"x 2 9/16" thick roundpin short board also when 4 to 6 foot or better..me bout 6' 200lbs should weigh bout 185haha..lemme know

here's another of my dad. took it kind of late as he was washing out but its still good to see him picking it up. the other is of a nicely failed tantrum. i think that was the 2nd one i've tried on the water this year. hopefully will stick one when we can actually ride again.

lol thats my brother's wife's feet i believe. it does look like a corona commerical thats just uncanny! my fave part of that pic is the location of the handle. notice it isn't in my hand because i'm a goof and let go. i ended up getting the full rotation and bringing it down minus the handle. haven't had a chance to go out and attempt again since then though.
