So I'm trying to find were I can get a replacement factory traction pad for a 2012 inland surfer sweet spot pro iv bn looking online and wasn't sure if agenda surf carried them but it's not looking good, any help would b great!

You can replace with any traction you want. No one carries IS specific traction. However, the traction on an IS comes from the Cobra factory in Thailand epoxied on. It is not a standard 3M double sided tape adhesive system.
It is very difficult to remove. I am personally partial to my traction:
