2002 21V riders edition. Tune up question. Motor shakes at 15-1700 rpm’s

I’ve had a bit of a shake at between 1500-1700 rpm’s. I thought it was the prop or shaft needed balanced, but noticed that the shake occurs at 1500-1700 rpms regardless of whether I’m in gear or neutral. I have changed the cap and rotor and thought that would maybe change things, but it hasn’t. The boat doesn’t shake at idle, nor does it shake at any rpm above the 15-1700. Any suggestions as to what to look for? Maybe spark plugs and/or wires? IAC? Fuel injector issues?
Engine is a 350 mag mpi ski.

Most likely fuel injectors. Test your fuel pressure first, should be around 32psi +- 2psi but be sure to test under load. If it doesn't stammer and stays within range do a compression test and pay attention to how the spark plugs look for each cylinder.
