Does anyone know the proper torque for the impeller pump housing? I replaced my impeller this spring and everything was great until a couple weeks ago the housing cracked. I'm worried I may have overtightened.

I don't know the torque. I have broken a few over the years. It is usually if I don't have the impeller completely seated properly and end up using the bolts to seat the impeller the rest of the way. They are pretty weak plastic. They do make a metal version that would be more durable.
