Marine Starter - DB electrical?

My starter looks like it is starting to go out. I was looking for options for my PCM ZR6 Motor and here is what I found:

Seems pretty inexpensive compared to the PCM starter (part # RA122019).

Anyone have any experience with it? Is this an area NOT to cheap out on?

I am also a little leery of taking a marine starter to get rebuilt. Any concerns about rebuilding a marine starter?

Thats a pretty sweet price. It's listed as a marine starter so go for it. Those starters are relatively easy to find locally (I have a bunch, couple used) but they usually run about $160-$190 new. I would probably sell one of the used ones for the price they're asking so it does look like a sweet deal.

I put a motor on a salt spreader from them. It was slightly different but looked to be of equal quality. I sold the spreader, so i have no idea on its lifespan.

I bought a starter 2 different times off of db electrical. It was for my 07 20v with the 5.7 vortec marine power engine. It was by far the cheapest starter I ever found but they worked great . I highly recommend their starters .

As for rebuilding the starter I also did that once and it was more expensive than the new one off there.
