How to Siphon gas/ Bad gas

I need some advice on how to get out old gas (and probably some h2o) from 08 Z1. It's back firing cutting out and getting low power. I Tried to siphon from the outside port but as many of you are aware there is an anti-siphon guard. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Pull the floor and take out the sending unit. Or, if you know what you are looking for, you can jump the fuel pump relay and let the pump do all the work. Just disconnect the inlet hose at the fuel rail and add a length hose to your catch-can. Ive done this on both cars and boats.

We use an electric pump with aligator clips on 20' of wiring. All these boats have antisiphon valves on the pickups so you have to use a pump. If you can see water in the fuel and you have ethanol blended gas, all of the gas has to go. If you just think you've got bad gas, take a sample in a glass jar and compare it to fresh station fuel and see if there's a noticeable difference between the two. If your fuel is water phase-inclusive, it will smell like alchohol and have a cloudy/milky color to it. If it looks clear and smells good, your problem is somewhere else.
