2007 20v marine power Missfire

I have a 2007 20v with a marine power 5.7. It misses under throttle. I read somewhere the distributor cap can fail. Any suggestions or what part number that would be? I looked at marine power manuals and can’t find it

I had my full distributor fail. It was made of plastic. 100$ fix.
