    Fuel Issue

i have been having start/run issues all summer. Replaced the coil, plugs, wires, cap, rotor and solenoid.. still having the issues... i did get a fuel pressure gauge and it showed 32 when priming dropping to 26-28 after prime but no start. when running the pressure jumped between 22-24... does this look normal? it is at idle...

    it is on a 2000 2300v with the 350 Merc 350 Mag

    thanks

Thank you for the help! the No Start was confusing! i meant to say didnt turn the key to crank, just let the pump prime! i have seen from several areas that that fuel pressure is ok for that year.. the 3 wire pick up, exactly is that? i have also seen that several places too!

Thanks for the help from a fellow Tennessean!

thank you for the help! it turned out to be rust on the part the tines pass thru! we cleaned it off and it cranked and ran fine! we did order a new part and it does have the 3 wire set up!

thanks again for all of your help!
