I think I have a ground problem with my 01 2300v, gauges are acting funny, tach is reading way high and others are moving wildly. Does anyone know where or if ther is a ground block on these boats?

There's a main connector for the wiring harness by the front of your engine. It's got a shrink-wrapped wire coating over it. Over time, the contacts here might get corroded. You'll need to replace the shrink-wrap, but you might try cleaning those contacts.Originally posted by Scrib View PostI think I have a ground problem with my 01 2300v, gauges are acting funny, tach is reading way high and others are moving wildly. Yeah, check the batteries and ground as most weird electrical issues are related to a loose or corroded ground.
