    Storage Question

    We just bought a heated building with 16000 square feet, question: Is it safe to store a boat in a building that won't get below 40 degrees, with out draining the water and not putting in any anti-freeze. Is it better to leave the water in the block or drain it out. With Wisconsin winters my boat will not see water untill May of 2005. I'm not worried about freezing, just if it sits too long with the water in the block will there be any corrosion issues??

    i would drain it for 2 reasons;
    1. what if for some reason the heaters quite and the shop freezes?
    2. the water in the engine will rust up pretty good. it will take a lot of winters to rust thru but why chance it.
