    Plugs/Wires/Dist Cap and Rotor questions -- 2006 20V with 5.7L 340HP

I've been searching the forums but haven't hit exactly the info I'm looking for.

Long story short, I recently purchased the boat mentioned in the title. Little if any maintenance has been done. The boat runs well, but I want to go ahead and perform your normal tune up. I can't seem to find the exact parts I need online. It appears the previous owner used aftermarket parts with no part numbers to work from. Does anyone have a similar boat they can help me find part numbers?

give us a little more information on the engine. Is it a mercruiser?
you can go to http://www.marineengine.com/ or https://www.perfprotech.com/mercury-.../04/mercruiser and type in your serial number to find.
Lots of parts (dist cap, wires) are actually common with a car engine in the 5.7 so you can use them. Other things like the starter or alternator need to be marine specific so they will not spark in a wet environment.

Its a Marine Power. Go to Marineenginedepot.com for parts. It is their retail page.
      Oh Yeah!

The engine badge just says GM 5.7L 340HP. The serial tag is unreadable.

It's a Marine Power engine. All 2006 models had Marine Power engines. You can IM me you hull ID number and I can give you the engine serial number if you need it.
