I thought that I would check the condition of my spare tire today. It is kind of a pain to get to and it is covered. I just about thought, it is good no need to bother. My luck is if I am unprepared all that can does go wrong. If I am over prepared nothing happens. I finally got the tire to where I could work with it. I checked the pressure and it was 20 lbs, should be 44 lbs for my tire. I started to add air and then noticed that the valve stem is bad, leaking air. Yeah, another item that I now need to fix to but I would rather fix it now then have an issue on the side of the road in the middle of no where.
Add to your list of items to check, your spare tire, if you have one. If you don't have one I would recommend getting one, unless you are one of the lucky ones that doesn't have to trailer your boat.
