Can't go over 10 mph

I did not add anything to my gas last year I had a new dealer winteriz my boat . Years before this a different dealer did my work and did that for me. How small is the wire to the bottom of the fuel pump .

18 gage and thick it was yellow. I am in china, but will have my son take a pick for you

I had an issue like this with my new boat when I first got it, would purr like new but then would cut out and lose power at higher RPM. It was a throttle calibration, computer thing. take it and have the throttle calibration downloaded to your engine from the dealer. Eddie with Marine Power had the download and can email it to the local guy you have.
It takes a couple minutes and maybe it will work for you. I went thru the whole fuel system before this was mentioned to me.
