Winterizing 2020 R23

Could use some help with the process. This boat has an upgraded motor from the 350 to the 400 Raptor. I cant find any drain plugs on manifolds. I am also finding blue caps and plugs where I wasn't expecting. Any help in the winterization process would be greatly appreciated. Not a lot of room to get around this motor. Living in the DFW area so not a super harsh climate, but know it needs to be done.

I think I gotcha fixed up on the phone earlier today.

Two at the front (pulley side) of the engine. one below coupler on the Vdrive and one below the Vdrive where the two manifold drain hoses meet.
