Any way to prolong the deep, dark color of the teak swim platforms after treatment. Is it OK to stain? Every time I treat, the platform is gray as soon as I pull it out of the water.

There are threads on here dealing with teak maintenance, but basically use a good quality teak cleaner, sand rough spots down to like 220 or finer grit paper, then slather a good teak oil on, let it soak in, and repeat until you have a nice, deep color. Then re-oil as often as needed to keep it looking nice. Do the whole deck, top and bottom, every visible surface.
